Ohh this place is so good! Tried it for the first time and am definitely coming back whenever I'm in the area! I tried the carne asada tacos - YUM!!! & the Bail Out chicken sandwich (sub'd Swiss w cheddar) - damn, that was delicious! This cafe is cute and the guy that works there is so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend Birds Nest Cafe!

Came here with my dad and we were blown away by the quality of food and service here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind (shoutout Kristin!), and gave great advice on what to order. My dad got the "El Chapo" burrito and it was fantastic, especially with the chipotle aioli. They really pay attention to the details here, like the bacon being perfectly thick and crispy! The new owner, Stacy, was there and greeted us as we came in, and she also gave us pastries to try. I can't recommend this place enough, they have a ton of options and my dad keeps talking about going back to try the french toast :) I didn't catch the name of the folks who took our order but they were so lovely. They also had great music and it was very clean. Thank you to the whole Bird's Nest Cafe team, we will for sure be back! P.S. they also do a 10% discount for students with student ID, so USC students we highly recommend!!

Chill staff and great food for where it is in the neighborhood. My office is a 8 minute walk from here and this place has pretty okay food for the location. Staff is also friendly and straight to the point. Their choice in music is also cool. Oldies playing I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger in medium rare with no tomatoes or bacon. It was pretty delightful. Truffle fries are meh kinda just sprinkled for cheese but the crisp on the fries were good! I only wish that they had more ranges of salads

The food here is pretty good, portion is large, which is fitting for its price. It is a small location, so there may not be space for seating. Small outside seating area, but is sort of shared with the other store. There is no parking lot, so street parking. It was super packed when we came here on a weekday for lunch, and the line is pretty long. I heard good things about this place from my friend who recommended it to me while we were out around looking for food. There is actually another bird's nest as well. We had ordered 4 things to spilt! And they were all pretty good, but maybe in my opinion not quite worth the price. Chicken torta Matcha latte Chicken sandwich Cappuccino
